Hand-picked cohort · pay after you're placed

Three months. Three decades.
Become the builder everyone wants to hire.

I take a small, hand-picked group of exceptional people and condense thirty years of building real systems — now supercharged with AI — into an intensive 3-month apprenticeship. You learn by shipping. I place you. You pay after you're earning.

Small cohort · learn by building · placement included

Learn now. Pay after you're placed.

No tuition up front. You commit your effort; I commit my time and my network. Once the mentorship lands you paid work, you pay back from what you earn. If you don't get placed, you don't pay. My incentive is simple: I only win when you win.

🤝

Skin in the game — mine

I'm betting on you, not charging you. That means I only take people I genuinely believe will make it.

🎯

Placement, not a certificate

The goal isn't a PDF. It's real, paid work — I open the doors and make the introductions.

📈

Pay from what you earn

You pay after you're placed and earning. Aligned, fair, and built so the deal only makes sense if it works.

To build real systems — and to make AI do the heavy lifting.

Not toy projects. The judgement and the workflow that take most people a decade to earn, taught by doing.

From sharp to seriously hirable.

Month 1 — Foundations

Systems thinking, the modern stack, and the AI-native workflow. You'll be building from week one — small, real, finished things.

Month 2 — Build

Ship real systems alongside me using the hive method. Increasing scope, decreasing hand-holding. You learn by doing the actual work.

Month 3 — Mastery & placement

A portfolio project that proves what you can do — then I make the introductions and place you into paid work.

A few exceptional people. Hand-picked.

This isn't a course you enrol in — it's a cohort you're chosen for. I take a small number of sharp, driven people who are early in their journey and hungry to build. If that's you, the bar is high and the upside is real.

🔥

Driven & coachable

You learn fast, take feedback, and finish what you start. Raw talent matters; so does follow-through.

🌱

Early, with ceiling

You don't need a CS degree or years of experience — you need obvious potential and the will to do the work.

Think you're one of them?

Tell me who you are, what you've built (however small), and why you. Cohorts are small and I read every application personally.
